In Western terms, this equates to ORK being born at 1:15 PM on 10th March 2007. Oisín (Old Irish, pronounced roughly "uh-sheen"), son of Fionn mac Cumhail, is a poet and warrior of the fianna in the Fenian Cycle of Irish mythology.
