Month 01 & 19
Two of them!

Oisín and Aoife, two of them.... TWO! This is more than one and slightly less than 9723641, or so it seems. The kids parents are tired. Actually there must be a different word for it. Still it is getting easier than the first week and we are back in Phnom Penh again, so farmilar stomping ground.

Oisín is 18 months and a day younger than Aoife and is now over his first month. His hair has started to receed slightly, thanks to my genetics, and he has grown considerably thanks to the postmans.

So far, in just a month, he has slapped on an extra 1.4 KG's and mother is delighted. Of course when I do that, it's a different story. Mind you the cost of this weight gain is the feeding schedule he has developed of every 2 - 3 hours! Mum as a result is looking a little tired, but rapidly losing her pregnancy weight.

He has also sprouted up to 56 cms. So all is going good. The sleeping is in the 'not so bad' basket whereas a lot of his actual sleep takes place in the pig basket. Mind you at his current rate of expansion it will be decommissioned in a matter of days. Thank goodness pig baskets cost only a few dollars.

We have not been quite so avid on the photographing of him as we were with Aoife and as you can see by the photo albums for this month. We promise that once we recover from the sleep deprivation we will get better!

Aoife has taken to her little brother very well. She has been telling anyone who will listen, and those who don't, about "baby". She tickles his toes which is fine when he is in the pram but he is a less pleased when he is feeding!

Being home has meant Aoife is back at baby group and not surprisingly she has managed to get a cold (which she kindly shared with her brother) and a lovely virus which resulted in her producing projectile vomit all down her father. Poor girl ... and poor Da! Glad to report now though that she is on the mend and running around the house as I write shouting loudly so we can confirm she no longer has a headache. As for the rest of us... that is another story.
